Q: Are all USA states eligible for free shipping?

        A: No. Free shipping does not apply to the following states**:

  • American Samoa
  • Federal States of Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Island
  • Palau
  • Armed Forces – Americas
  • Armed Forces – Europe
  • Armed Forces – Pacific

 **Free shipping is available for these states for order over $100.

Q: How much do I need to spend to get free shipping if I am shipping to Mexico?

        A: Free ground shipping will be applied to orders over $100 dollars if shipping to Mexico.

 Q: Is there a code that I need to apply to receive the free shipping?

        A: No, the shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout based on address that the items will be shipped.

 Q: I do not live in Canada or the United States. What are the shipping rates for International orders?

        A: International shipping is free for order over $100. This will be calculated upon checkout.

Q: I've placed my order. What happens next?

A: Thank you for your order! You'll receive an e-mail confirming your order and providing you with an order number. Once your package is ready and shipped, you'll be notified with a second e-mail and receive a tracking number to keep an eye on the prize!

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

A: This will depend on the shipping method you chose. Once you have a tracking number for your package, you can get a better estimation of the delivery date.

Please note that we have no control over packages once they are shipped. Weather conditions, weight of the package, and destination are all factors which may influence the length of time until you receive your order. We will try our best to help you in any case, and thank you in advance for your patience.



Q: What is your return policy?

A: Customers who have purchased items from may return items within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund. We do not cover shipping and handling fees for the return, and we do not reimburse the original shipping fees. 

All returned items must be:

Without scent or odors
Without rips and tears
Attached with tags
In original packaging


    Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund any products that fail to meet the above criteria. 

    Q: When will I receive my refund?

    A: Once the returned items have been received, a refund will be made in the same payment method used for purchase. The refund may take 10-14 days to appear on your bank account statement, depending on your bank. 

    You will be refunded the full price of the returned product, but not the original shipping and handling fees.
