A: While many US states can enjoy free shipping with an $80 minimum purchase, there are a few exceptions**:

- Federal States of Micronesia
- Marshall Island
- Armed Forces – Americas
- Armed Forces – Europe
- Armed Forces – Pacific
**Free shipping is available to these locations for orders over $120.

A: Purchase $120 of your favorite Skye swimwear to receive free ground shipping to Mexico.
Q: Do I need a code to receive free shipping?
A: No codes necessary. We will calculate your shipping fees during checkout based on the order’s destination.
Q: I am not located in Canada or the US. How much will I be paying for international shipping?
A: Shoppers located outside of North America get free shipping on orders of $120 or more.
Q: Is there anywhere you don’t ship?
A: Skye is yours to enjoy, no matter where in the world you are!
Q: I've placed my order. What happens next?
A: Thanks, Skye sister! After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique order number. Once your package is on the road, you will receive a tracking number in a second email.
Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: We know, we know, it’s tough to be patient when a Skye swimsuit is on the way! Transit times will vary depending on your chosen shipping option. Once you have your tracking number, you will be provided with a delivery date estimation.
For all North American orders with free shipping, delivery can take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received your shipment after 2 weeks, please reach out to email@example.com for assistance. You can also give us call us at 1-800-567-7535 between 8am and 4pm EST.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over your order once it is shipped. Weather conditions, parcel weight, and shipping destination may influence how long it takes for you to receive your order. We will try our best to help you with any issues you may experience, and we thank you in advance for your patience.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Not totally satisfied with your Skye haul? Let’s fix that! Items** purchased from skyeswimwear.com can be returned within 30 days after the delivery date for exchange or refund. Please note that we do not cover shipping and handling fees for returns, nor do we reimburse the initial shipping fees.
All returned items must be:
- Without scent or odors
- Without rips and tears
- Attached with tags
- In original packaging
If the products are unable to meet the above criteria, we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund.
**Items from our Clearance section (marked as Final Sale) are not returnable.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: As soon as we have your returned products in hand, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for purchase. The refund may take 10-14 days to appear on your bank account statement, so don’t worry if you don’t see it right away!
You will be refunded the full price of the returned product, but not the original shipping and handling fees.
