Using a product from a local beauty shop or at-home ingredients (putting a little extra love into it) can help you unwind from a stressful day. For the DIY fans, take your pick from a collection of recipes online and have fun with it!
Nothing spells “me-time” like immersing ourselves in a bubble bath with a glass of our favorite vino or champagne. No bathtub? A good body scrub comes in at a close, stand up second!
